目的:研究CDK4(cyclin dependent kinase 4)周期素依赖性激酶4,Fas/Apo-1蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法,测定40例子宫内膜癌中的CDK4蛋白与Fas蛋白的表达情况。结果:①CDK4蛋白在子宫内膜癌ⅢⅣ期呈过度表达,与I期相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②低分化子宫内膜癌G3的CDK4蛋白过度表达率与高分化G1比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。③在肌层浸润>1/2组中CDK4表达率高于无肌层浸润或肌层浸润≤1/2组(P<0.05)。结论:两者均与子宫内膜癌发生有关,但表达无明显相关性。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of cyclin dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and Fas / Apo-1 protein in endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CDK4 and Fas protein in 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma. Results: ① CDK4 protein was overexpressed in stage ⅢⅣ of endometrial carcinoma, which was significantly different from that in stage Ⅰ (P <0.05). ② The overexpression rate of CDK4 protein in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma G3 was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated G1 (P <0.05). ③ The expression of CDK4 in myometrial infiltration> 1/2 group was higher than that in myometrial infiltration or myometrial invasion ≤1 / 2 (P <0.05). Conclusion: Both of them are related to the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma, but the expression has no obvious correlation.
