编辑同志:我大学毕业后被一家公司录用从事文秘工作,已经工作了6个月,但一直没签订劳动合同,近日,公司通知我要签订书面劳动合同。我表示同意,同时要求公司依照未按期签订书面劳动合同须向劳动者支付双倍工资的规定,给我补发6个月工资。而公司认为,此前已按照口头约定按月足额向我支付了工资,且现已决定双方签订书面合同,因而拒绝了我的要求,还说要么补签劳动合同,要么离开该公司。请问,补签了劳动合同后我就不得再主张双薪吗?读者洪妍
