研究了回火温度对新型BZ-30准贝氏体钢组织和力学性能的影响,研究结果表明:在450℃以下回火时,回火温度对该钢的抗拉强度σb和屈服强度σ0.2影响不大。当回火温度高于450℃时,准贝氏体钢的抗拉强度σb和屈服强度σ0.2随回火温度的升高而有明显下降趋势。该贝氏体钢具有较高的抗回火能力。
The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the new BZ-30 quasi-bainitic steel was studied. The results show that the tensile strength σb and yield strength σ0 of the steel at tempering below 450 ℃ are the same as the tempering temperature. 2 has little effect. When the tempering temperature is higher than 450 ℃, the tensile strength σb and yield strength σ0.2 of quasi-bainitic steel decrease obviously with the increase of tempering temperature. The bainitic steel has a high anti-tempering ability.
