本文首先分析了并购企业文化整合的内涵,然后研究了并购企业内员工文化共享的成本与收益,从而建立了文化整合的动力模型。通过对该模型的分析,本文最后研究了并购企业文化整合三方博弈。
This paper first analyzes the connotation of M & A’s corporate culture integration, and then studies the costs and benefits of M & A’s corporate culture sharing so as to establish a dynamic model of cultural integration. Through the analysis of the model, this paper finally studies the three-party game of merger and acquisition of corporate culture.
