一、序 言 渤、黄海冰情是与气温、冷空气活动、大气环流等气象要素密切相联。同时,海洋的因素如海流、海水温度等对海冰的形成,消失也有一定的影响。因而可以从前期的一些特征上分析其对冰情的影响。基于这些基本的原因,我们对台风活动、大气环流、海水温度及气温等因素进行了统计分析,在分析的基础上,用模糊数学中隶属函数的方法,建立了渤、黄海冰情等级预报的公式,下面分别进行叙述。
I. Preface The Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea ice conditions are closely linked with meteorological factors such as temperature, cold air activity and atmospheric circulation. At the same time, the factors of the oceans such as the sea current and seawater temperature also have some influence on the formation and disappearance of sea ice. Therefore, some characteristics from the early analysis of its impact on ice conditions. Based on these basic reasons, we have made statistical analysis on the typhoon activity, the atmospheric circulation, seawater temperature and air temperature. Based on the analysis, we use the membership function method in fuzzy mathematics to establish the formula of ice level forecasting in Bohai and Yellow Sea , Respectively, described below.
