当今世界被化学家发现和人工合成的元素已有108种之多。自然界存在的约90种,而人体中就有五十种左右,本文旨在简述元素与人体健康的关系。从几个概念谈起在阐述元素和健康前,有几个概念是应先搞清楚的,它们是必需元素、非必需元素、必需宏量元素和必需痕量元素等。必需元素是较大的概念,凡是人体新陈代谢或发育成长必不可少的元素如碳、氢、氯等。非必需元素则是人体不需要的元素如铅、汞等。在必需元素中又可分必需宏量元素和必需痕量元
As many as 108 different elements have been discovered and synthesized by chemists in the world today. About 90 species exist in nature, while there are about 50 kinds in the human body. This article aims to outline the relationship between elements and human health. Speaking from a few concepts before elaborating elements and health, there are several concepts that should be clear, they are essential elements, non-essential elements, essential macro elements and essential trace elements. Essential elements are larger concepts, such as carbon, hydrogen, chlorine, which are essential elements of human metabolism or growth and development.
