许多因素可促使急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的发生。急性创伤和横纹肌或心肌损伤也可引起ARF。作者等应用肌红蛋白(Mb)清除率作为判断和预防出现ARF的指标。为使血清和尿中的Mb测定准确,比较应用了四种方法,一种为免疫浊度法,另三种为不同类型的免疫光散射法。结果四种方法的相关性良好,批内CV为5~13%、Mb在血清中可稳定一月,在尿中稳定12天,血红蛋白对此四种试验无干扰。经观察41名急性创伤和横纹肌溶解患者,其中多数均给予甘露醇和碱性液以预防ARF的发生,检查其血、尿各91份,发现21名患者无论血清中
Many factors contribute to the development of acute renal failure (ARF). Acute trauma and striated or myocardial damage can also cause ARF. The use of myoglobin (Mb) clearance rate as an indicator of ARF judgment and prevention. To make accurate determination of Mb in serum and urine, four methods are compared, one is immunoturbidimetry and the other three are different types of immunostaining. Results The correlation between the four methods was good. Intra-assay CV was 5-13%. Mb was stable in serum in January and stable in urine for 12 days. Hemoglobin did not interfere with the four tests. After the observation of 41 patients with acute trauma and rhabdomyolysis, most of them were given mannitol and alkaline solution to prevent the occurrence of ARF, blood and urine tests were 91 copies of 21 patients found no matter in serum
