为研究SOFA风率对600 MW四角切圆锅炉生成NOx的影响,采用CFD软件模拟炉内燃烧及NOx生成状况,分析SOFA风率对NOx、炉内温度、氧量和CO的影响规律。改造后炉膛主燃烧器区氧量降低、温度水平下降,屏区温度上升,炉膛出口NOx下降.随着SOFA风率的增加,NOx下降幅度趋缓,但屏区和炉膛出口烟温升高,影响锅炉的安全性。综合各燃尽风率模拟预测结果表明,在降低NOx同时,要考虑到机组的安全性和经济性,避免出口烟温过高及未完全燃烧损失增大。
In order to study the influence of SOFA wind speed on NOx generated by a 600 MW tangentially fired boiler, CFD software was used to simulate the combustion and NOx generation in the furnace, and the influence of SOFA wind speed on NOx, furnace temperature, oxygen amount and CO was analyzed. With the increase of SOFA wind speed, the decrease rate of NOx slowed down, but the smoke temperature in the screen area and the furnace outlet increased, and the temperature of the screen area increased, Affect the safety of the boiler. Combining the simulation results of the burn-over wind rates shows that, while reducing NOx, the safety and economy of the unit should be taken into account to avoid the excessive rise of the flue gas temperature and the incomplete combustion loss.
