研究表明木瓜(Chaenomeles sinensis)含有抗溶血性链球菌的成分(如齐墩果酸、坡模醇酸、2.氧坡模醇酸与熊果醇)和抑制链球菌溶血素的β-谷甾醇、2-氧坡模醇酸,可以消除咽喉部的炎症。本次以该作用为基础,对木瓜抑制透明质酸酶及肥大细胞释放组胺的成分进行了筛选,分离、纯化了数种活性成分并确定了结构。 结果:①木瓜的有效成分:木瓜的30%乙醇提取物经Diaion HP-20柱层析,以及甲醇-水洗脱得Fr.1~6。各组分抑制透明
