随着英语教学改革的深入,英语课堂教学模式不断推陈出新,在教育界更新以学生全面、自主、共同发展为宗旨的现代教育理论势在必行。创新是21世纪教育界的热门话题,也是人才培养的重要内容之一。教师只有更新教育观念,树立全新的理念,锐意改革,大胆进行教改实践,才能使英语学科的教学在适应素质教育模式的转移和不断深化中,发挥其应有的重要作用。
With the deepening of English teaching reform, the continuous innovation of English classroom teaching mode, it is imperative to update the modern education theory that aims at students’ overall, independent and common development in education circle. Innovation is a hot topic in the education field in the 21st century and one of the important contents of personnel training. Only by renewing the concept of education, setting up a brand new concept, reforming teachers with determination, and boldly carrying out the education reform can teachers in the English subject play their due role in adapting to the shift and deepening of the quality education model.
