目的:探究正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年11月-2015年10月收治的138例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,各69例。观察组通过正畸联合修复治疗,对照组采取修复治疗,对比两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗优良率97.10%,明显优于对照组73.91%,差异有统计学的意义,P<0.05。结论:牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形,通过正畸、修复治疗,临床疗效较好,同时治疗确切,值得临床方面应用和推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic and rehabilitative treatment of patients with dentition defect and dento-mandibular deformity. Methods: A total of 138 patients with dentition defect with dento-maxillofacial deformity who were admitted from November 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 69 cases in each group. Observation group through orthodontic joint repair treatment, the control group to take repair treatment, compared the efficacy of two groups of patients. Results: The excellent and good rate of observation group was 97.10%, which was significantly better than 73.91% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dentition defect with dento-maxillofacial deformity, through orthodontic, repair treatment, clinical efficacy is good, while the exact treatment, it is worth the clinical application and promotion.
