本文介绍滚动轴承的设计对机车轮轨载荷性能的影响。对装有橡胶缓冲垫圈的圆柱形滚动轴承与装有或不装橡胶缓冲垫的圆锥形滚动轴承进行了性能对此试验。分别对装有圆柱和圆锥形滚动轴承的六轴货运机车进行了模拟运用试验,并在选定的曲线上进行轮轨高动载荷试验。该机车的一个转向架上装有三对测试轮对。用车轮动载荷、车轮横向载荷和垂直载荷之此和转向架侧架的横向载荷和垂直载荷之比来分析轮轨加载性能。
This article describes the impact of the design of rolling bearings on the load-bearing capacity of wheel-rail locomotives. This test was performed on cylindrical roller bearings fitted with rubber cushioning and tapered roller bearings with or without rubber cushioning. The six-axle freight locomotive with cylindrical and conical rolling bearings was simulated and tested respectively, and the high dynamic wheel-rail load test was carried out on the selected curve. One of the locomotives was fitted with three pairs of test wheels on a bogie. Wheel load, wheel load and vertical load and the lateral load and vertical load ratio of the bogie side frame to analyze wheel load performance.
