首先基于四频率参量下变频器的小信号等效电路模型 ,推导了四频率参量下变频器信号输入回路、闲频回路和中频输出回路的端口阻抗 ,以及变频增益的公式 ,得出了电路稳定的实现条件。在VHF、UHF波段 ,分别实现了两个实验模型 ,这两个模型主要用来验证四频率参量下变频器基本的工作特性。在本文中 ,X波段的电路模型是作为毫米波和亚毫米波段内电路的缩比模型来设计的 ,采用宽带匹配的方法实现四频率调谐的技术方法 ,并基于电路模型进行了数值仿真 ,数值仿真的结果验证了四频率参量下变频器具有变频增益和低损耗特性的性能。
