房地产市场调研课程是房地产开发与经营管理专业(本科)的专业实践课。在教学过程中,由于涉及多学科知识的综合运用,因此要结合具体的房地产项目开展训练方才有良好的教学效果。但学生受限于相关项目经历的缺乏,在学习本门课程中会感觉空泛,难以对实践知识产生共鸣。鉴于以上情况,本文探讨以情境教学理论为基础,模拟房地产公司项目市场调研情境的教学方法在教学改革中的作用。
Real estate market research course is a real estate development and management professional (undergraduate) professional practice class. In the teaching process, due to the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary knowledge involved, it is necessary to carry out training in combination with specific real estate projects to have a good teaching effect. However, students are limited by the lack of relevant project experience and will feel vague in learning this course, which makes it difficult to resonate with practical knowledge. In view of the above situation, this article explores the role of teaching methods that simulate real estate company project market research situations in teaching reform based on situational teaching theory.
