当今汽车工业的飞速发展必然为汽车零部件企业带来新的机遇和挑战。本文运用SWOT方法对中国汽车零部件行业进行了初步分析,对我国汽车零部件企业在配套、售后维修、出口三部分目标市场的营销战略选择提出了建议。
The rapid development of the automotive industry today is bound to bring new opportunities and challenges for auto parts enterprises. This paper makes a preliminary analysis of China’s auto parts industry by using SWOT method, and puts forward suggestions on the marketing strategy selection of China’s auto parts enterprises in the three target markets of supporting, after-sales service and export.
