本文介绍套简式陶瓷燃烧器予混合结构的模型试验。模型根据1976年投严的鞍钢六高炉陶瓷燃烧器以5:1缩小制成。考虑了孔口形状、喷射角以及是否内伸入煤气道等因素。先后试验了六种不同的予混合结构。通过试验,找到了一种长方孔口、轴向垂直射入、内伸入煤气道并在出口前端上方设有一定面积比率的开口的予混合结构。它的特点是阻力小,在现有高温热风炉使用的燃料条件下,以相同的面积比率比较,予混合的辅助空气百分率高,混合后的煤气出口速度场分布合理,适应大型高炉热风炉强化燃烧的工艺要求。试验对现己使用的陶瓷燃烧器提出了改进措施。通过模型试验,在系统处于自模化的条件下,数据整理成计算图表,供有关试验、设计和生产部门参考。
This article describes the set of simple ceramic burner to the mixed structure of the model test. The model was made in 1976 with a 5: 1 reduction of Angang’s six-stage ceramic burner. Through the model test, under the condition of the system being self-modeled, the data is sorted into calculation charts for the reference of relevant test, design and production departments.
