一九七九年一月至四月包头冶金研究所完成了用包头中品位稀土精矿冶炼稀土合金的试验室试验研究工作,取得了良好结果。为了验证小型试验结果和为生产与设计提供数据,于七月份在山东济宁钢铁厂1.0吨电弧炉上进行了50余炉次工业性试验。通过本次试验更加进一步证明:包头稀土烧结矿加入5%硅石,经电炉脱铁除砱后可以得到 P_2O_5<1%的脱铁渣,用此渣按 RxOy/Fe-Si=1.6~1.7,加入70%石灰(占渣量),冶炼温度≥1500℃,搅拌
From January to April 1979, Baotou Metallurgy Research Institute completed the laboratory test research on rare earth alloy smelting with grade rare earth concentrate in Baotou and achieved good results. In order to verify the results of small-scale tests and provide data for production and design, more than 50 industrial tests were conducted on a 1.0-ton EAF at Jining Steel Plant in Shandong in July.
