21世纪是经济的世纪 ,也是社区发展的世纪 ,无论社会如何变化 ,社区作为我们生于斯、长于斯、死于斯的生命家园 ,对于我们每个人的意义都将非常重要。本文从规范城市社区自治体系的必要性出发 ,阐述了规范城市社区自治体系应遵循的基本原则 ,需要规范的内容 ,对社区建设工作新模式的建立进行了初步探讨 ,有一定的理论和现实意义。 The 21st century is the century of economy and the century of community development. No matter how society changes, the community as the living home to us that grew up in Sri Lanka and died of Sri Lanka will be very important to each of us. Based on the necessity of standardizing the system of urban community autonomy, this paper expounds the basic principles that should be followed in standardizing the autonomy system of urban communities.
