加强“党建带团建”工作,是党加强对共青团领导的具体方式,是巩固和扩大党的青年群众基础的重要方法,是新时期党建工作的内在要求,更是团组织自身建设和发展的重要法宝。多年来,中央民族大学各级党团组织坚持以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,积极探索“党建带团建”工作的新思路、新办法,不断加强和改进党对共青团工作的领导,有力地推动了学校共青团工作的全面发展。
