中共第六次全国代表大会在莫斯科郊外的一所旧式庄园里召开。出席这次大会的代表共有142人,其中有选举权的代表84人,代表全国4万多名党员。大会的主题是要总结大革命失败的经验教训,特别是八七会议以来的党的工作,制订党在新时期的路线、方针和政策。瞿秋白代表中央委员会致开幕词,并作政冶报告,周恩来作了组织问题和军事问题的报告,李立三作了农民土地问题的报告,向忠发作了职工运动的报告,布哈林作了政治报告。大会经过讨论通过了《政治议决案》等18个文件。中国共产党第六届中央委员会政治局常委成员名单向忠发周恩来苏兆征项英蔡和森(1928年11月被撤销,后补入李立三)中国共产党第六次全国代表大会政治议决案(节选)(一九二八年七月九日)
The Sixth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in an old manor outside Moscow. A total of 142 delegates attended the conference, including 84 people who have the right to vote and more than 40,000 members nationwide. The theme of the congress is to sum up the experiences and lessons of the failure of the Great Revolution, especially the party’s work since the August 7th Pact and formulate the party’s lines, guidelines and policies in the new period. On behalf of the Central Committee, Qu Qiubai made his opening remarks and made a political report. Zhou Enlai made a report on the organizational issues and military issues. Li Lisan made a report on the peasants’ land issue, made a report on his staff movement to Zhongfa, and Bukharin made a political report . After the meeting passed the “political resolution” and other 18 documents.
