随着科技的进步,社会的发展,计算机技术广泛的应用于各行各业,我国也迎来了信息化的办公时代。为了适应时代的要求,尽快的将本企业改造为信息化、无纸化的办公环境,许多企业都对职工进行了计算机的培训,并对他们提出更高的计算机要求。由此看出,计算机培训在职工成长过程中起到至关重要的作用,对他们的贡献更是无法预计。本文通过对计算机的培训需求进行分析体现其对职工人才成长的贡献性,并制定出科学合理的培训方案。
With the progress of science and technology, the development of society, the computer technology is widely used in all walks of life, and our country also ushers in the office era of informationization. In order to adapt to the requirements of the times and transform the enterprise into an informationized and paperless office as soon as possible, many enterprises carry out computer training on their staff and put forward higher computer requirements to them. From this we can see that computer training plays a crucial role in the growth of workers and their contribution to them is unpredictable. This paper analyzes the computer training needs to reflect its contribution to the growth of staff and workers and to develop a scientific and rational training programs.
