农村教师专业化是我国教师专业化的重要内容。本文立足于我国农村教师专业化的现状,借鉴西方教师专业化的经验,探讨了发展我国农村教师专业化的对策。
The professionalization of rural teachers is an important part of teacher professionalization in our country. Based on the status quo of rural teachers’ professionalization in our country and the experience of western teachers’ professionalization, this article discusses the countermeasures for the development of professionalization of rural teachers in China.
