本文介绍了风机盘管机组用新型智能温控器的原理和特点。由于采用了智能模糊控制器直接控制风机转速,实现了风机的高、中、低、停四档自动切换,用循环风量调节室温,可以实现风机盘管空调机组的无水阀定流量室温控制。同时本文还分析了该控制器在空调精度、人体舒适性和空调节能等方面的优势,并对风机盘管空调系统的设计、运行维护和系统改造提出一些建议性的结论。
This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of the new intelligent thermostat for fan coil unit. As a result of intelligent fuzzy controller directly control the fan speed, to achieve the fan high, medium and low, stop four files automatically switch, with the circulating air volume to adjust the room temperature, fan coil air conditioning unit can achieve the valve room temperature flow control. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the advantages of the controller in terms of air-conditioning accuracy, human comfort and energy-saving of air-conditioners, and puts forward some suggestions for the design, operation and maintenance and system reform of air-conditioner system.
