本研究从社会科学研究机构科研生产的规律出发,提出了重构网络环境下社会科学组织的知识管理系统的设想。通过构建基于信息化、数字化、网络化的人机交互(Man-Machine Interactive)平台,实现科研管理、科研协作、学术交流和知识共享、知识评价的流程化和一体化。这创新了社会科学组织的知识管理方法,为其有效优化配置科研资源,提高科研生产率和降低成本,更好地服务于党政决策和社会发展的需求,提供了一个有效、快捷的新模式
Based on the law of scientific research and production of social science research institutions, this study proposes the idea of reconstructing the knowledge management system of social science organizations in the network environment. Through the construction of Man-Machine Interactive platform based on informatization, digitization and networking, scientific research management, scientific research collaboration, academic exchange, knowledge sharing and process flow and integration of knowledge evaluation are realized. This has innovated the knowledge management methods of social science organizations and provided an effective and efficient new mode for effectively allocating scientific research resources, improving scientific research productivity and reducing costs, and better serving the needs of party and government decision-making and social development
