《新课程标准》所倡导的“自主、合作、探究的学习”这一重要理念已经在广大教师的教学中普遍运用了。小组合作学习激发了学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高了学生自主参与学习的欲望,课堂的主角由教师转变为学生,加强了师生之间的沟通,是一种行之有效的教学方法。然而,在实际教学中,不难发现,合作学习的应用存在着很多问题,这些问题的存在,不仅没有对教学工作起到促进作用,相反阻碍了正常的教学工作。作为一名小学英语教师,本文笔者也曾遇到这样的困惑,随着潜心琢磨,总结出了以下问题,并提出相应的建议,希望以此解决合作学习过程中的问题,促进教学工作的有效开展。
