传统的黏度测量仪器无法保证水合物浆稳定存在所必须的高压、低温条件,因此无法准确有效地测量其黏度。在总结水合物浆黏度理论计算和实验测量方法的基础上,通过分析黏度计测量原理,指出对于任一实验系统,其扭矩和黏度存在线性比例关系,因此通过标定标准的扭矩-黏度关系,在实验过程中使用扭矩仪测量读取扭矩值,即可根据线性关系得到水合物浆的黏度。进一步设计了实验方案,采用种常用的3预测模型作为理论模型,对测量结果与理论计算结果进行了对比验证,结果表明:该方法操作简单,可以快速、准确地测量水合物浆黏度的。(图4,表3,参10)
Conventional viscosity measuring instruments can not guarantee the stability of hydrate slurry exists the necessary high pressure, low temperature conditions, it can not accurately and effectively measure the viscosity. Based on the theoretical calculation and experimental measurement of hydrated pulp viscosity, the principle of viscometer measurement is analyzed. It is pointed out that there is a linear relationship between torque and viscosity for any experimental system. Therefore, by standardizing the torque-viscosity relationship, During the experiment, torque meter reading torque value can be obtained according to the linear relationship between the viscosity of the hydrate slurry. The experimental scheme is further designed and the commonly used 3 prediction model is used as the theoretical model. The results of the measurement and the theoretical calculation are compared and verified. The results show that the method is simple and can measure the viscosity of hydrated pulp quickly and accurately. (Figure 4, Table 3, reference 10)
