针对当前我省劳动保障监察工作存在机构不健全、队伍不稳定、监管不到位、行为不规范等突出问题,省劳动保障厅不久前制定下发了《四川省劳动保障监察工作标准》,并要求通过实施《标准》,充分发挥劳动保障部门自身的主观能动性,加强劳动保障监察工作,不断规范监察执法行为,贯彻落实劳动保障法律法规,推进劳动保障事业发展,维护好劳动者合法权益,为增强劳动保障监察工作效能,建成基本覆盖城乡的、服务劳动保障工作全局的劳动保障监察执法网络打下扎实的基础。
In response to the outstanding problems in our labor security supervision work in our province, such as unsound institutions, unstable teams, inadequate supervision and irregular behavior, the Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security recently formulated and issued the “Standard on Labor and Social Security Inspection in Sichuan Province” and demanded Through the implementation of the “Standard”, we should give full play to the subjective initiative of the labor and social security department, strengthen labor security supervision, continuously standardize the supervision and law enforcement, implement the laws and regulations on labor security, promote the development of labor and social security, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, Labor and social security monitoring effectiveness, the basic coverage of urban and rural areas, service labor security overall situation of labor and social security law enforcement and lay a solid foundation.
