1.前言 能源紧张是我国钢铁工业发展所面临的三大问题之一。根据国家长远规划,到本世纪末,我国要在不大量增加能源的前提下,使钢产量翻一番。其具体目标是;钢产量要从1980年的3700万吨增加到2000年的7000~7400万吨,而冶金工业部的能源消耗总量只能由7090万吨增加到约1亿吨标准煤。为此,吨钢综合能耗必须由1980年的2.04吨标准煤降到2000年的1.4吨标准
1. Introduction Energy tensions are one of the three major issues facing the development of China’s steel industry. According to the long-term national plan, by the end of this century, China will double its steel output without any substantial increase of energy. The specific target is that steel output will increase from 37 million tons in 1980 to 7000-74 million tons in 2000, while the total energy consumption of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry can only be increased from 70.9 million tons to about 100 million tons of standard coal. To this end, the comprehensive energy consumption per tonne of steel must be reduced from 2.04 tons of standard coal in 1980 to 1.4 tons in 2000
