在美国黑人文学的发展历程中,黑人女性形象有着一个和黑人文学发展过程相类似的转变轨迹。具体地说,美国文学中的黑人女性形象的转变先是从“被奴役者”的形象转变为“抗争者”的形象,继而又转变为“独立者”的形象。以美国黑人女作家托妮·莫里森为代表的文学群体,不仅构成了美国文学的一个重要分支,而且丰富了世界文学的宝库,研究和探讨美国黑人文学对研究美国文学乃至世界文学都有着积极的意义。
In the course of the development of Afro-American literature, black female images have a similar trajectory to the development of Afro-American literature.
