在分析中差生的情况时,我发现他们普遍具有这样的特征:学习基础差,无良好的学习习惯,学习积极性和主动性较差。这些学生怕苦畏难,没有坚强的毅力,缺少进一步学习的信心。对于这部分学生,我们不能过多的寄希望于课后的学习,而必须充分利用课堂讲授的四十五分钟,采用多元化的课堂教学形式,使他们参与整个课堂教学过程,把问题尽可能解决在课堂上,减少课后学习的困难,使之逐步树立起学好的信心和决心。因此,我们应当在课堂教学形式上进
In the analysis of poor students, I found that they generally have such characteristics: poor learning foundation, lack of good study habits, and poor enthusiasm and initiative. These students are afraid of hardship, lack of perseverance and lack of confidence in further study. For this group of students, we cannot expect too much from studying after class. Instead, we must make full use of the forty-five minutes of classroom lectures and adopt a variety of classroom teaching forms to enable them to participate in the entire classroom teaching process and to make the problem as much as possible. Solve the problems in the classroom, reduce the difficulties of after-class learning, and gradually establish a confidence and determination to learn.
