探讨COX-2和CK19蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达及其与癌组织浸润转移的关系。应用免疫组织化学染色Eli Vision~(TM) plus两步法检测127例甲状腺乳头状癌组织和30例癌旁甲状腺组织中COX-2和CK19蛋白的表达状况。甲状腺乳头状癌组织中COX-2和CK19总体阳性表达率分别为72.4%和96.1%,显著高于癌旁甲状腺组织(P<0.05)。存在浸润和伴有淋巴结转移者,COX-2和CK19阳性表达率均显著高于无浸润和无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05),COX-2与CK19表达呈正相关(r=0.31)。COX-2和CK19在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中多数呈强阳性表达,两者与癌组织浸润转移密切相关。
To investigate the expression of COX-2 and CK19 protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its relationship with infiltration and metastasis of carcinoma. The expression of COX-2 and CK19 protein in 127 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and 30 cases of paraneoplastic thyroid tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry Eli Vision ~ (TM) plus two-step method. The positive rates of COX-2 and CK19 in papillary thyroid carcinoma were 72.4% and 96.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in parathyroid tissue (P <0.05). The positive rates of COX-2 and CK19 were significantly higher in patients with infiltration and lymph node metastasis than those without infiltration and without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of COX-2 and CK19 was positively correlated (r = 0.31). COX-2 and CK19 were strongly positive in papillary thyroid carcinoma, both of which were closely related to infiltration and metastasis of cancer tissue.
