碳纳米管有优异的物理、化学性质,近年来它已成为人们研究的热点。碳纳米管有着显著的磁阻效应,此效应可以广泛的应用于纳米电子学中。本文综述了碳纳米管磁阻效应的研究进展和应用前景。
Carbon nanotubes have excellent physical and chemical properties, and in recent years it has become a hot spot for people to study. Carbon nanotubes have significant magnetoresistance effect, which can be widely used in nanoelectronics. This review summarizes the research progress and application prospects of the magnetoresistance effect of carbon nanotubes.
