1989年10月27日在西安西北工业大学召开的第四届全国管理信息系统(MIS)学术会议已于10月30日圆满结束。闭幕式由西工大徐秋元先生主持,由上海复旦大学薛华成先生代表程序委员会做了大会总结,总结指出:参加本届会议的代表有182名,提出论文146篇,本届会议开得很成功。主要表现在以下几个方面:(1)出席本届会议的人数是历届会议人数最多的一次。研讨气氛空前热烈;(2)本届会议经过努力出版了论文集,在正规化方面前进了一大步,向国际会议
The 4th National MIS Conference held on October 27, 1989 in Xi’an Northwestern Polytechnical University ended successfully on October 30. The closing ceremony was presided over by Mr. Xu Qiuyuan, vice president of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and Mr. Xue Hua Cheng from Fudan University in Shanghai made a summary of the conference on behalf of the Program Committee. It concluded that 182 participants attended the conference and 146 papers were presented. This session was very successful. Mainly in the following aspects: (1) The attendance at this session is the largest number of previous sessions. (2) This session made great efforts to publish a collection of essays, a big step forward in formalization, and to the international conference
