一、引言低碳钢材冷变形后经时效或自然时效处理其性能将发生明显变化。其结果使材料强度提高而塑性、韧性显著降低。这种现象称为形变时效。这一效应在大多数情况下由于增加了材料的脆化倾向而变得十分有害。许多用低碳钢制作的容器、建筑用钢筋等在制造和使用过程中难免要进行一定的预变形,如卷边、弯曲等,这样便可能由于形变时效而使材料变脆。在以后的使用过程中,如使用不当甚至会导致灾难性事故。
I. INTRODUCTION Significant changes will occur in the properties of low carbon steel after cold deformation by aging or natural aging treatment. As a result, the strength of the material is increased and its plasticity and toughness are significantly reduced. This phenomenon is called deformation aging. In most cases, this effect becomes very detrimental by increasing the tendency of the material to embrittle. Many containers made of low-carbon steel, steel and other construction in the manufacture and use of the inevitable to be a certain amount of pre-deformation, such as curling, bending, etc., so that may be due to deformation of the material becomes brittle. In the future use of the process, such as improper use can even lead to catastrophic accidents.
