機動靈活、突防能力强、命中精度高的巡航導彈在現代局部戰争中出手不凡,戰績甚佳。隨着具備超音速飛行性能和隱身能力的先進巡航導彈的產生,预示着巡航導彈系統將是一種能起到重大「力量倍增器」作用的武器系統,是九十年代以後的主要空中目標之一。因此,如何防禦巡航導彈已成為許多國家在建設、改進國土防空系統中重點考慮的問題之一。巡航導彈具有雷達反射截面積很小(零點幾至零點零幾平方米量級)和低空突防能力强(突防高度僅幾米)的特點。巡航導彈的這兩個特點使得防空雷達很難及時發現,增加了防禦的難度。不過與彈道導彈相比,巡航導彈的飛行速度慢,重新選定目標的能力差。在防禦巡航導彈時,這兩個缺點應加以利用。本
