目的:观察在干部病房护理中开展情绪晴雨表干预的效果。方法:将干部病房中122例患者随机分为对照组与试验组。前者在护理中均实施常规基础操作,后者另开展情绪晴雨表干预,比较两组患者的满意度、干预前后焦虑和抑郁评分、不良情绪被知晓率。结果:试验组满意度、不良情绪总被知晓率分别为95.36%和88.52%,对照组分别为81.67%和68.85%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组焦虑和抑郁评分分别为(28.5±4.1)分和(29.4±4.2)分,对照组分别为(39.5±4.2)分和(38.5±4.9)分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在干部病房护理中开展情绪晴雨表干预能够有效地把握患者不良情绪,及时给予针对性心理干预。
Objective: To observe the effects of emotional barometer intervention in cadre ward nursing. Methods: 122 patients in cadre ward were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The former carried out routine basic operations in nursing, and the latter carried out emotional barometer interventions. Satisfaction of patients in both groups was compared before and after the anxiety and depression scores, awareness of bad emotions was. Results: The satisfaction rate of the test group and the total awareness rate of bad emotions were 95.36% and 88.52% respectively, while those in the control group were 81.67% and 68.85% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) The scores of anxiety and depression were (28.5 ± 4.1) and (29.4 ± 4.2) points respectively, while those in the control group were (39.5 ± 4.2) and (38.5 ± 4.9) points respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of emotional barometer in the care of cadres wards can effectively grasp the bad emotions of patients and timely give targeted psychological intervention.
