目的探讨情绪管理晴雨表在老年脑梗死患者护理干预中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月十堰市太和医院收治的老年脑梗死患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用情绪管理晴雨表进行护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度、生活质量评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理、社会/家庭、情感、功能、附加关注评分及生活质量总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者干预后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用情绪管理晴雨表进行护理干预可有效提高老年脑梗死患者护理满意度及生活质量,改善患者负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of emotional management barometer on nursing intervention in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted from Taihe Hospital in Shiyan from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention and patients in the observation group received nursing intervention using the barometer of emotional management. The nursing satisfaction, quality of life, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and depression self-rating scale (SDS) were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total scores of physical, social / family, emotion, function, additional attention and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing interventions using the barometer of emotional management can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral infarction and improve the negative emotions of patients.
