本文测定了四种双子表面活性剂(C12H25(CH3)2N+(CH2)4N+(CH3)2CmH2m+1和C12H25(CH3)2N+CH2 CH2 OCH2 CH2N+(CH3)2CmH2m+1(分别记为C12-4-Cm和C12-CH2CH2OCH2CH2-Cm,m=12,18))的表面活性、乳化性能,并计算了表面过剩吸附量(Γmax)和单分子吸附面积(Amin)。结果表明,合成的四种表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(cmc)、相应的表面张力(γcmc)、Γmax和Amin基本相差不大。对称的双子表面活性剂的乳化性能优于非对称双子表面活性剂;具有刚性连接基团的乳化性能优于具有柔性连接基团的双子表面活性剂。并考察了四种表面活性剂对28种植物常见致病菌的抑菌活性。
Four kinds of gemini surfactants (C12H25 (CH3) 2N + (CH2) 4N + (CH3) 2CmH2m + 1 and C12H25 (CH3) 2N + CH2 CH2 OCH2 CH2N + (CH3) 2CmH2m + Cm and C12-CH2CH2OCH2CH2-Cm, m = 12, 18)), and the surface excess adsorption amount (Γmax) and the single molecule adsorption area (Amin) were calculated. The results show that the critical micelle concentration (cmc), the corresponding surface tension (γcmc), Γmax and Amin of the four surfactants synthesized are almost the same. Symmetric gemini surfactants have better emulsifying properties than asymmetric gemini surfactants; emulsifying properties with rigid linking groups are superior to gemini surfactants with flexible linking groups. The antibacterial activities of the four surfactants on 28 common pathogenic bacteria were also investigated.
