目的 研究转移抑制基因nm2 3-H1的表达产物NDPK(二磷酸核苷激酶 )在人头颈鳞癌原发灶中的表达及其意义。方法 应用S -P染色方法检测 10 6例头颈鳞癌原发灶组织中nm2 3-H1/NDPK的表达。结果 nm2 3-H1/NDPK表达在未发生颈淋巴结转移的头颈鳞癌原发灶中的表达阳性率为 75 .41% (4 6 / 6 1) ,在已发生颈淋巴结转移的头颈鳞癌原发灶中的表达阳性率为 35 .5 6 % (16 / 45 ) ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 nm2 3—H1/NDPK表达与头颈鳞癌的颈淋巴结转移与否呈显著负相关 ,可能在头颈鳞癌的颈淋巴结转移过程中起负性调控作用 ,可用于预估颈淋巴结转移出现的风险。
Objective To study the expression and significance of NDPK (nucleotide diphosphate kinase), an expression product of the metastasis suppressor gene nm2 3-H1, in primary lesions of human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of nm2 3-H1/NDPK was detected in 106 primary tumor tissues of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma by S-P staining. Results The positive rate of nm23-H1/NDPK expression in the primary lesions of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma without cervical lymph node metastasis was 75.41% (46/61). Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma was found in cervical lymph node metastasis. The positive expression rate in the foci was 35.66% (16/45), and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of nm23-H1/NDPK is negatively correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and may play a negative regulatory role in cervical lymph node metastasis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. It can be used to predict the risk of cervical lymph node metastasis. .
