目的探讨调节微波动与近视的关系。方法:临床对照研究。2015年~2016年就诊的6~15岁的正视及近视儿童192例。根据散瞳结果分为正视,轻度及中度近视组。通过视标距离改变法测量调节反应,使用Grand Seiko WAM-5500型红外自动验光仪测量连续动态屈光度。计算调节反应,调节误差及调节微波动。结果:1.随着阅读距离减小及近视程度的增加,调节微波动呈增大的趋势。2.调节微波动与调节误差及近视程度呈正相关,与调节反应呈负相关。结论:调节微波动作为调节系统的组成部分,参与近距离工作导致的近视。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the regulation of microwave and myopia. Methods: A controlled clinical trial. From 2015 to 2016, 6 to 15 years old and 192 cases of myopic children. According to the results of mydriasis is divided into frontal, mild and moderate myopia group. The response was measured by the optometry distance change method and the continuous dynamic power was measured using a Grand Seiko WAM-5500 infrared autorefractometer. Calculate the response, adjust the error and adjust the micro-wave motion. With the decrease of reading distance and the degree of myopia, adjust the trend of increasing microwave. 2. Adjusting the micro-wave motion and adjusting the error and the degree of myopia was positively correlated with the regulatory response was negatively correlated. Conclusion: Adjusting the microwave motion as an integral part of the conditioning system to participate in myopia caused by close work.
