为全面提高初中数学教育质量,培养创造性人才,我校数学教研组“巧立法,重求实”,在实践中探索、改革、实验,从中找出规律性的东西,以适应现代数学教学的要求。一、改教学满堂灌为精讲重评、“读议讲练”的导教法。废止教师教学满堂灌,势在必行。但这决不是反对教师必要的讲授,我们要求每个数学教师的授课,讲要精,并且做到周密的逻辑推断,准确的思路分析,规范的语言叙述,全面的课堂小结,整个改革中是以教师为主导,学生为主体,采取“读议讲练”的导教法。 1读,学生在老师的带领下,对照预习提纲,读课文,领会课文含义,抓住关键性的字句深入到课文中去,教师同时提醒学生联系旧知识对新学习内容
