近年来,国家对于食品安全及相关领域的管理日益重视,并加大了对科研技术的投入力度。本文就核酸探针以及PCR技术的基本原理做以论述,结合转基因食品检验、食品微生物检测等项目的实际工作状况,探究核酸探针和PCR技术在食品检验中的应用成效,以期相关实践研究内容能够为我国食品安全管理提供有力的支撑与借鉴。
In recent years, the state has paid increasing attention to the management of food safety and related fields and has increased its investment in scientific research and technology. In this paper, the basic principles of nucleic acid probes and PCR techniques are discussed, combined with the actual working conditions of genetically modified food testing, food microbiological testing and other projects to explore the application of nucleic acid probes and PCR technology in food testing results, with a view to relevant practical research content It can provide strong support and reference for China’s food safety management.
