选择伊犁河谷为研究区,采集不同土地覆被下的土壤样品,研究林地、耕地、园地、草地等4种不同土地覆被对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同土地覆被下,在0~60cm的土壤深度中,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶与过氧化氢酶这3种酶的活性随着土层深度增加都呈现出降低趋势,土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶均表现为林地>耕地>园地>草地。通过不同土地覆被土壤酶活性与养分相关性分析,得出林地的脲酶活性与其有机质有极显著相关关系(P<0.01);耕地和园地中的3种酶活性都与其有机质有极显著相关性(P<0.01);草地中的蔗糖酶的活性与其养分有极显著相关性(P<0.01)。
The Ili Valley was chosen as the study area to collect the soil samples under different land cover. The effects of four kinds of land cover on the soil enzyme activities were studied, including forest land, farmland, garden land and grassland. The results showed that under different land cover, the activities of soil invertase, urease and catalase in the soil depth of 0 ~ 60cm showed a decreasing trend with the soil depth increasing. The activities of soil invertase, Urease and catalase showed woodland> arable land> field> grassland. Through the correlation analysis of soil enzyme activities and nutrients in different land cover, the urease activity in forest land was significantly correlated with its organic matter (P <0.01). The activities of three enzymes in farmland and field were significantly correlated with their organic matter (P <0.01). The activity of invertase in grassland was significantly correlated with its nutrient content (P <0.01).
