当前,随着市场经济的深入推进,随着科技的日新月异和信息时代的到来,随着国家电网公司加快深化“两个转变”和主辅分离改革的进行,对电力施工企业产生了巨大影响。面对新形势、新情况,思想政治工作在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上,必须在努力创新中转变内容、形式、方法、手段、机制,从而为电建企业的改革、发展、稳定提供强大的精神动力与思想保证。在新形势下,电建企业思想政治工作要做到务求实效,就必须从观念和方法上勇于创新,努力实现四个转变。
