使用酶联免疫吸附检测(ELISA)技术对300种中草药水提取物进行抗乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)的实验研究,共筛出有效药物10种(占总数的3.0%)。若按不同剂量(0.3、0.6、1.2、2.5、5.0mg/100μl)的药物,2种不同浓度(10.92、14.26P/N 比值)的 HBsAg与3种不同接触时间(立即、1h、2h)的10项 P/N 比值的均数来综合评价药效指数时,10种有效药物的次序为夏枯草(1.00)、荔枝核(1.26)、棉花根(1.45)、穿破石(1.56)、苏木(1.73)、蛇总管(1.77)、爬山虎(1.99)、吴茱萸(2.01)、半枝莲(2.44)与打破碗花花(2.83)。
Three hundred kinds of Chinese herbal water extracts were tested against hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). A total of 10 effective drugs (3.0% of the total) were screened out. According to different doses (0.3, 0.6, 1.2, 2.5, 5.0 mg/100 μl) of the drug, two different concentrations (10.92, 14.26 P/N ratio) of HBsAg and 3 different contact times (immediately, 1h, 2h) When the mean value of 10 P/N ratios was used to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy index, the order of 10 effective drugs was Prunella vulgaris (1.00), Litchi nucleus (1.26), Cotton root (1.45), Stone-breaking stone (1.56), Su Wood (1.73), Serpent (1.77), Creeper (1.99), Wusong (2.01), Scutellaria Barbata (2.44) and Breaking Bowl Flower (2.83).
