在拖拉机及其机组作业中,寄生功率是一种有害的现象。当寄生功率存在时,由于传动损失和滑转损失的增大,拖拉机的总效率显著下降;同时使轮胎及传动元件加速磨损。本文分析了寄业功率产生的条件,并建立了在各种作业条件下当存在寄生功率时拖拉机总效率的计算公式。四轮驱动拖拉机工作中其传动系可能出现寄生功率现象;四轮驱动拖拉机和其它拖拉机通过动力输出轴驱动挂结农具上的旋转式土壤耕作部件时,在农具与拖拉机之间也可能出现寄生功率;如拖拉机挂结多台含有旋转式土壤耕作部件的农具,在数台农具间同样可能出现寄生功率。寄生功率现象会导致拖拉机的总效率下降,加速轮胎及传动系零部件的磨损,严重时甚至造成拖拉机机体断裂。本文主要研究寄生功率对拖拉机总效率的影响。
Parasitic power is a detrimental phenomenon in the tractor and its crew operations. When the parasitic power is present, the total efficiency of the tractor is significantly reduced due to the increase of transmission loss and slip loss, and at the same time the tires and transmission components are accelerated and worn. This paper analyzes the conditions for generating power and establishes the formula for calculating the total efficiency of the tractor when there is parasitic power under various working conditions. Four-wheel-drive tractors may experience parasitic power on their powertrain; parasitic powers may also appear between the implement and the tractor when four-wheel-drive tractors and other tractors drive the rotary soil-tillage components on the implement through the PTO shaft ; Such as tractors linked to a number of farm tools with rotary soil tillage components, the same among several tools may appear parasitic power. Parasitic power will cause the overall efficiency of the tractor to decline, accelerate the wear and tear of tires and driveline components, and even cause serious tractor body fracture. This paper mainly studies the impact of parasitic power on the total efficiency of the tractor.
