通过对罗茨真空泵转子磨碰故障机理进行研究,以及对现场故障模拟分析发现,罗茨真空泵的转子磨碰故障的特征实际上表现在啮合齿轮载荷波动引起的啮合振动及其边领,通过对齿轮啮合频率及其边频.的实时在线监测,可以有效地捕捉到早期故障信息,避免重大恶性事故。本文提出的冲击能量捕捉法对于监测其他转子磨碰故障也有很大的实际意义。
