案例教学法是英美法系国家广泛使用的一种法学教学方法,其注重培养学生对知识的运用能力。卫生法学是医学与法学融合的新兴交叉学科,在卫生法教学中借鉴和运用案例教学法有其自身的特性。本文就卫生法教学中教学案例的选择、案例的合理运用、案例教学的中误区作了初步的探讨。
The case teaching method is widely used as a method of law teaching in Anglo-American countries. It focuses on cultivating students’ ability of using knowledge. Health law is an emerging interdisciplinary medicine and law fusion, draw lessons from the teaching of health law and use case teaching method has its own characteristics. This article makes a tentative discussion on the choice of teaching cases, the rational use of cases and the misunderstanding of case teaching in health law teaching.
