2013年秋季学期,我校安排七年级班主任参加了国家远程培训,其中有位教授提到了“垃圾班”的管理问题,旁听了一下,获益匪浅。我任教的班级共有学生45人,其中男生31人,女生14人。小学毕业检测语文成绩平均分仅有43分,最高分为71分,60分以上5人,少数学生还没有小学毕业检测成绩。通过开学第一个周的接触,发现该班学生学习的态度随便,不良习惯较多,课堂纪律差。经检查,该班语文基础非常差,有大半的学生不能用正确的汉语拼音给自己的名字注音,口头和书面表达能力更加不用说了,尤其是书面表达,令人担忧,不少人的日记差不多就只能写出
