作战室作为企业竞争情报的一种创新工具和机制,通过其可视化情报流程为动态环境中企业科学决策和有效指挥提供了有力的情报支持。然而,只有全面而深入地分析影响企业竞争情报作战室构建的诸方面因素,才能确保所构建的作战室具有实用性与实效性。在相关研究基础上,本文提出企业竞争情报作战室构建影响因素模型。运用实证研究方法,首先采用探索性因素分析对所提出的指标体系进行修正,然后运用验证性因素分析验证模型的优劣性与合理性。
As an innovative tool and mechanism for enterprise competitive intelligence, War Room provides powerful intelligence support for enterprise scientific decision-making and effective command in dynamic environment through its visual intelligence process. However, only a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of various aspects that affect the construction of a competitive intelligence war room can ensure the practicality and effectiveness of the war room constructed. Based on the related research, this paper puts forward the model of the influencing factors for building the competitive intelligence room. Empirical research methods, first of all, the use of exploratory factor analysis of the proposed index system to be amended, and then use the confirmatory factor analysis to verify the advantages and disadvantages of the model and rationality.
